Our Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of products from Masaverse. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Returned items that show signs of use, damage, or wear may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our condition requirements.

All products are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Masaverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or purchase. Prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and cancel orders that violate our policies.
