1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Since we work with international fulfillment centers to provide you with the best prices and premium quality, shipping times vary by location:

  • USA / UK / Europe: 5–15 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days.

Please Note: These are estimated delivery times. Factors such as customs clearance, international logistics, or local postal delays may occasionally extend these periods.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are proud to offer FREE tracked shipping on all orders above $70.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number.

  • It may take 2-5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
  • You can track your parcel directly through our website or the official carrier’s portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Masaverse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, VAT, and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. We source products from different specialized fulfillment centers to ensure you receive the best quality for each specific item.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Masaverse is not liable for any products lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the local courier service or our support team immediately.

8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. Due to our automated systems, we cannot guarantee a change of address once the order has begun processing.
